PRE-ORDER?
When will my order ship?
Please refer the the product descriptions for estimated shipping dates.
Please note that these dates are shipping dates. Please allow for an extra 1-3 days for orders to be packed and sent, as well as delivery time.
What if I ordered both in-stock and pre-order items?
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, then your order won't be shipped out until the pre-order item is available.
If you would like your in-stock item immediately, please place two separate orders.

Also- make sure you read the "FIT" notes for each specific product for more information on sizing.

Why do you only carry size XS-L?
I am so sorry if we don’t stock your size yet. Expanding our size range is a huge priority
as the demand grows.
Please email mum@canihaveasleepover if there is a product you'd love to see in a certain size!
Returns & Exchanges?
Return/Exchange Policy
We are unable to offer returns to original payment methods at this time. However, we do offer returns for store credit.
To be eligible for returns for store credit:
- The items must be unworn, unwashed in all original packaging with all original tags attached and hygiene stickers.
- Ship back the item within 1 week of delivery.
- Please note, we have the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
We will not ship the item back to you if the item is not eligible for return so please make sure it fits the criteria above.
Original shipping costs and any taxes/duties are non-refundable. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please strongly suggest using a tracked service for return shipping. Any lost or damaged items are not our liability.
How do I initiate a return for store credit?
Please email mum@canihaveasleepover.com and include:
- Your name and order number
- The reason for the exchange (size/style/fit etc)
We are a 1-women team, so please allow up to 3 business days for us to return your email.
My product arrived faulty?
Firstly, I am so sorry this happened to you. As a small business, we pride ourselves on your quality control.

- Your name and order number
- Details and pictures outlining the faulty item

Can I return/exchange a sale item?
Unfortunately, any sale items are final sale. They are not eligible for store credit.

How long will it take for item to be shipped?
Please allow 1-3 Business days for your item to be packed and shipped.
How much is delivery within Australia?
Shipping Within Australia:
Standard: $10 AUD - 5-10 Business Days
Express: $15 AUD - 2-3 Business Days
Free standard delivery on all items 250AUD+
How long does delivery take within Australia?
Shipping Within Australia:
Standard: 5-10 Business Days
Express: 2-3 Business Days
Please note these times do not include packing and shipping times. Please allow 1-3 more business days for this.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do!
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Please note this only includes shipping fees. Taxes and Duties may be charged depending on the country of delivery.
An estimated delivery time is given at checkout, however, please refer to the Australian Post Website for the most accurate time estimates for your country.
International Taxes and Duties?
Any international taxes and duties are not included in the shipping price.
We have no control on these taxes and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees on delivery.
If you choose to reject or return the package, a fee of $50AUD will be taken off your refund for the return shipping and processing fees.
Are taxes and duties included in orders to the USA?
Due to new shipping laws in the USA, international taxes and duties are required to be collected at checkout.
This means, our US customers will not face any unwanted charges on delivery as it must be paid up front.
Unfortunately, the taxes and duties calculated at checkout are out of our control.
Please note, this is ONLY FOR US customers. All other international customers may be charged additional taxes and duties on delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer.
Other?
Can I change or cancel my order after I submit it?
We are unable to cancel orders. Please check your order details and all information is correct before purchasing.
If you do find you've made a mistake, please email us as soon as possible. If we have not shipped your package out, we may be able to make changes.
If the package has already been shipped. Changes cannot be made.
My package got lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
